Day 3- Cardio Burn

Get your heart pumping with a 20-minute cardio session designed to burn calories and boost cardiovascular health. This workout mixes high intensity intervals with moderate exercises.

Day 4- Upper Body Sculpt

Tone your arms, shoulders, and chest with a 20-minutes upper body workout. This session includes strength training exercises to build muscles and increase endurance.

Strengthen and tone your legs and glutes with 20-minutes Lower Body Power focuses on exercises like squats,lunges, and deadlifts.
